We collect and process only the information needed to provide the App's core functionality:

• Game Data: Your game progress, completed puzzles, statistics, settings, and Pro purchase status are stored locally on your device using UserDefaults and, if enabled, iCloud Key-Value Storage.
• Game Center Data: If you choose to sign in to Game Center, leaderboard scores, display names, and saved-game progress are managed by Apple Game Center. We do not control this data.
• Purchase Data: In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or any financial information. Apple provides us only with a purchase receipt token to verify your Pro status.
• Device Data (minimal): We do not collect device identifiers such as IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers). The App does not use any advertising frameworks or analytics SDKs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the App's core functionality
• Save your game progress locally and, when you use Game Center, sync compatible progress through Apple Game Center features
• Verify and restore Pro purchases
• Display your Game Center display name and leaderboard rankings (if you opt in to Game Center)

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• Apple Services: Game Center and App Store purchase data are handled by Apple when you choose to use those features. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your game data is primarily stored locally on your device. Game Center and App Store activity is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including storing purchase verification tokens securely via the device's Keychain.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the App's services:

• Local Game Data: Stored indefinitely on your device until you delete the App or clear the App's data through device settings.
• Game Center Data: Retained according to Apple's data retention policies. You can manage or delete this data through your Apple ID account settings.
• Purchase Records: We retain a minimal purchase verification token to confirm your Pro status. This token contains no personal or financial information.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• California (CCPA/CPRA): California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. • GDPR (EU/UK): If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your data. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
• Access and Deletion: You can delete the App to remove all locally stored data. Game Center data can be managed through your Apple account and device settings. You may also contact us at the email below to request deletion of any data we hold.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can delete such information.

8. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each subject to their own privacy policies:

• Apple Game Center — for leaderboards and progress sync (optional)
• Apple App Store & In-App Purchases — for Pro purchase processing

We do not integrate any advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or social media sharing frameworks.

9. No Tracking / No Ads

SudokuKing does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any form of behavioral tracking. We do not display advertisements. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
